"Once again thank you for your wonderful customer service. I deal in the customer service industry everyday and really appreciate it when I come across a company that does an above average job of customer service. I will give you the best compliment that I know of - I will refer you to others."

This case is great, although I have to say I quickly lost the flip up protective cover over the display. Yesterday I was using a snowblower to clear my Dads driveway. Apparently I dropped the phone but didnt realize it. I heard lots of loud clunking and banging inside the snowblower and saw something black shoot out of it. I stopped the blower and thought Id broken it and its guts shot out. I pickup up the black "thing" from the snow and saw that it was my phone! Not a scratch on anything including the screen, and works perfectly fine. You cant even tell it happened. Now thats a great case - eaten by a snowblower and lived to tell about it without a scratch!
good protection

Pros:
durable, good fit
Cons:
SD card slot blocked
Ive had this case for a year. I broke the holster yesterday so Im looking again. The problems Ive had with this case are the flip up protective screen gets in the way. The case seems to have stretched out over the year so the protective screen kept popping out until I lost it. The SD slot not only is blocked but it is directly under the holsters retaining clip. This can cause the card to eject when placing or removing it from the holster. The case keeps the card in place some times causing it to bounce in and out of the SD slot making the Treo redetect the card over and over. My Treo did not like that at all and locked up several times. I did learn how to avoid this with practice. The biggest problem I have now it the case has stretched out and is about a 1/4 inch to long and a bit too wide.
Great Investment

If you want good looks this is not the case for you, however if protection of your expensive investment; the ToughSkin is the one. I had just upgraded from my T600 to the T650 and like most of us Treo owners I was swapping in and out of cases to find the right one. I received the ToughSkin and was abit slow about changing cases because I had so much to do that day, then I realized that I had some free time so on with the new case. in continuing with my day I went to the Shopping Center and while I was there my phone rang, so I answered it and while talking and walking I decided to remove my briefcase from my shoulder and at this time the strap snatched my Treo right out of my hand. I stood in shock as I watched my Brand New Treo fly 3 plus feet forward 4 feet down to the concrete; I was devastated as I saw the treo bounce a few times and the removable screen fly also, I couldn't help but expect the worst. I picked up the Treo first, then the screen and I suddenly realized that I was so glad that I changed cases because other than the removable screen being nicked up my Treo was 100% operational no nick or dents or cracks. People really wondered what kind of case I had because the were not peices of Cell Phone scattered all around the place, just two peices: the removable Screen and the Phone is all I had to pick up. I haven't dropped my Treo since that day, but I'm just grateful that the one time I did drop it I had the ToughSkin coverin it. I have so many cases that I swap in and out of them but I always return to my Trustworthy ToughSkin. Also, the removable Screens are replaceable for under $2 In my opinion this is a Durable and Sturdy Case and it will protect your Investment.
