The case is designed to perfectly fit the contour of the Treo 650, leaving all functions easily accessible. There are cut-outs in the plastic for the keyboard, navigation buttons, volume keys, sync port, and headset jack. On the back of the case, there are cutouts for the speaker phone and the camera.

The case is made of black leather and transparent plastic, and has black stitching. The case comes with a removable locking swivel belt clip, that can pivot 360 degrees but locks every 45 degrees.
