Treo 600 Now Available on AT&T?

Tue Nov 11, 2003 - 1:03 AM EST - By Michael Ducker

AT&T Wireless briefly had the Treo 600 featured on their website today as per this thread. As of midnight 11/10, the Treo 600 has been removed. However, a direct link to the Treo 600 still exists. It is unknown if orders done through this site will be honored.

If the above website is correct, AT&T will sell the Treo 600 for $499 after a $50 mail in rebate. While this price is inline with the other carriers, AT&T's prices for data are unreasonable. Unlimited GPRS data on AT&T is $79.99 a month, as compared with $19.99 on T-Mobile. AT&T also has 10, 20, 40, and 60 Mb plans available, but as I and others have found with the Treo 600 the data goes by very quickily.

AT&T Data plans:

Handspring has not announced any concrete release dates for T-Mobile or AT&T yet.
