The mr Handsfree Blue Butterfly II is a bit pricey and it certainly does not have the best sound quality under some conditions. That said, it is lightweight, comfortable, stylish, and flexible. In the name of efficiency, I am not sold on the reduction of buttons by one. I prefer being able to press a button quickly to hang up a call.
