The headset consists of two parts: main body and an ear-hook. The main case is dark-grey with some light-grey details. The ear-hook design is quite original and fits both right and left ears. The hook is also quite elastic, so there is no discomfort after wearing the headset for a long time
The headset has four buttons on its case: a button for turning it on/off, answering/rejecting a call and two buttons for increasing/reducing sound volume. A 120 mAh Li-Polymer battery allows for up to 160 hours in stand-by mode and up to 6 hours of conversations.

Loved mine, buying another |
I liked everything about this headset. I used it in the car, kept a charger there and one at home. I am a computer support person and I spent hours talking with tech support with great results. I lost mine and am buying another. I am glad they are still available.

this nokia HS-11W doesn't work with nokia 6288 even if i put the passcode 0000 it still doesn't connect.
