The cradle is powered by your computer's USB port, so no extra wall charger is necessary. If you want to use the cradle away from a computer (say on a nightstand), simply connect the bundled USB Cable to a S&C Wall Adapter.
This cradle comes with an intergrated hot-sync button and a LED indicater.
Unlike Seidio's InnoDock Cradle, this cradle:
Does not allow you to keep a case on while docking.
Doesn't have audio output.

poor quality |
The phone does not "snap" into the cradle so you must carefully position it so all the contacts are made. Only then will it charge and sync properly. Save your money and buy a higher quality unit.

Mechanical fit not great |
It works, but you have to exert a good bit of force to get it in there, which makes me concerned that it may be straining the phone's connector. I prefer a dock that has better tolerances such that the Treo can just drop right in.
