Would you recommend Palm Compact Wireless Headset ?

    Yes   No

    Thumbs Down

    Static Crackle
It was easy to pair but had lots of static crackle. Noise was present whether or not phone & headset were on the same side of my body.

    Always pairing
This bt headset gave me a lot of cracking and popping feeback, as well as poor reception. Not to mention that it was constantly needing to be paired with my phone.

    Thumbs Up

    Very functional
I bought this headset unfortunately before the price drop! I've had it for a few months and find it quite functional. The sound quality is good most of the time and lasts for most of the day. I have nothing else to compare to as it is the only one I've owned. In loud environments I have to switch to the phone.

    The best I have found
The other reviews don't seem to follow my opinion, but this it the 4th headset I purchased to try with my treo, and by far it is the BEST! Let me know if you have tryed multiple units and have had any luck. The best feature is the volume, most of the headset available to have the volume to make them useable.

Lots of static crackle & pops
I purchased this Bluetooth headset because it supposedly had the best level of integration with my Treo 650. That turned out to be true, but the claims about the "great performance" in the editorial review are far off the mark. Calls suffer from a lot of static crackle & pops that is audible only on my end of the conversation. This gets particularly annoying on long conference calls -- precisely the reason for which I wanted a Bluetooth headset in the first place.

    Thumbs Up

    Very functional headset
I experienced issues of adjusting the headset on my ear. Once I found the right fit there hasn't been any issues. Sound quality is great. I found if the phone is on the opposite side of the headset i heard crackling. I had to re-pair the headset w/ my 650 because I sat the headset on my laptop. Other than that it works well i love the features of 1 button answer, redial. Very functional not sylisth.

    A lot of static
I recently bought this headset mostly for the conveniance of having one charger. When i tried it there was A LOT of static unless the phone was really close to the headset. I figured it was defective so i returned it, but unfortunately experienced the same thing with the new one.

    Thumbs Up

    I would give this a 4 star
This is a really great headset. I love the connectivity and the auto answer actually works with this headset. This headset would be a 5 of 5 if they would do something with the ear clip. It hangs loosley around your ear and is easily shifted with the turn of your head can be very distracting while driving.

    Expected a lote more
Not very good sound quality. Does not fit the ear well, as the loop base is too far from the ear nub. Certainly avoidable.

    Thumbs Down

It has a mind of his own
Very bad, sound quality is so so, sometimes it connects right away, and sometimes good luck. I ended up just throwing it in the garbage were it deserves to be!
