What's with the Charger??? Annoying as Heck.
I can't get this thing to sit properly in the charger. After docking it, it slowly rises out of the charger and disconnects. I'm wanting it to rest vertically so that gravity might help keep it connected but it doesn't come with a stand, or have a flat bottom. I wish it just snapped in place and I wouldn't have to worry about whether or not it's charging. I refuse to use rubberband to keep this thing in place.

    Doesn't have noise canceling
Living in NY, noise canceling is a must unless you stay indoors. Lightweight, comfortable, loved the battery charger for on-th-go charging. Very disappointed that sound quality was not sufficient for outside use.

Want to lose $$? Buy this headset
While technically superb, this headset is so lightweight you don't know when it's gone AWOL, with or without the earpiece anchor (and it doesn't stay in well to begin with). So use superglue or take your chances

While the Plantronics is technically superb, it is so lightweight weight that you don't know when it's gone AWOL. Lost two in one weeek, to the tune of $240. Super glue it to your ear, or take your chances.

    Bad Model?
It's a great unit in a few respects...you can hear people very clearly, it's very comfortable and light, and the charger is a great idea. But it all ends there. The ear gels fall off way too easaily! Lost one on the first day! The unit does not sit in the charger well (As most have stated). But worst of all, the person on the other end of your call has a terrible time hearing me over the noise that it was picking up (in a very quiet setting). I'm not sure if I had a bad unit, but I didn't want to try my luck on this model again.

    Won't stay in charger :(
Love the headset with the Treo 650. Loud enough, lightweight, and comfortable on and in the ear. However, the darn thing will not stay seeded in the charger without scotch tape or a rubber band. I returned the first and tried a second, but they both had the same problem.

    Most-convenient!
I've spent close to $80+/ month on headsets when I was over-the-road and I'm glad to say that this is the last headset I'll ever need! It's lightweight, sleek (as opposed to Plantronics' earlier models), easy to pair and use, and it fits into my purse so well. I don't know what the mirror on the backside of the case is needed for but I like that, too. In my semi, hearing the person on the other end was literally painful, with having to press the earpiece to my ear and all (I would've been better off w/o a headset then), but with that gel insert I can hear them as clearly as if they were standing next to me. Overall, I don't know how I've been driving all 48 and Canada without it! I'm a fan for life. (-:

    I hated this thing
This headset does not stay in your ear well, did not have a great battery life, and most annoyingly - would not stay in its charger - I had to Macgyver it with a rubberband to get it to charge without popping out of the charger.
