Thumbs Down

Not good for audiobooks
Most of my listening is to podcasts and audiobooks. This product is terrible at spoken word files - skipping so often as to make them unintelligible.

Thumbs Down

Lacks Backgroud Console and OGG Support
Without dedicated music buttons on treo... it is very important to have a background console which can pop up in any application and provides basic controls... just like in ptunes. Also, as you also mentioned... lack of ogg support is significant for me
