amazing |
I'm actually using it to view this site. I switched over from a normal flip phone to the 700wx and life just seems soo much easier as far as communication. took me about 2 to 3 days to really get everything the way I wanted as far as settings on the phone. sucks that i can't dowload songs like I was able to on my previous phone. or talk on aim for free. I payed enough for the phone and package. and they can't even throw in a freebie. verizon offers amazing bundle phone plans. unlimited text messaging. broadband speed internet. hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do. I can't seem to put it down

Treo good but not great |
I like the added feature to store my contacts in my phone and use the associate phone numbers with just a few clicks. However, the IE browser will not allow me to stream audio from web sites. I've talked to Sprint but they said it must be the website and not the browser. I don't believe this is the case. Also, the bluetooth doesn't always work with my headset devices. I've tried 3 bluetooth headsets and i've had issues 1/2 the time calling.

amazing |
This phone is great, the only problem I have is I can't put it down. I needed more memory so purchased a sd card of 2gb for under thirty dollars. I also upgraded onto yahoo to yahoo plus and use that as text messaging and email. Which then got rid of unlimited text messaging and stuck with the vision pack.

Smokes Q and Blackberries |
Amazing phone, my first smartphone. Got rid of my MP3 player, WM5 is all I need. Pictures are okay but WM5 fixes 'em up pretty good. Screen smallish compare to Palm PDas but you cant make calls from those. Who needs anythign else.

hangs all th etime |
the operating system is sluggish. I thangs a lot. There is no way to remove an email after you add it in unless you want to rest the entire palm to factory default. Its bat is so bad I run out twice a day.

45 days and no fix |
You cannot send text messages to Verizon or T-Mobile customers. Palm and Sprint still seem unwilling to provide any solid information on when this will be fixed.

It's OK |
I had a 650 then decided to upgrade to the 700wx. I like the upgrade multimedia capabilities but it's lacking many of the niceities of the 650. Threaded text messaging, can't share pictures (only via email, and with Sprint currently. Nobody with a Windows Mobile smartphone can send text messages to TMobile and Verizon carriers. It took me 5 different calls to tech support, and 4 of them telling me there was a "text message outage in my area" before getting to the bottom of the problem.
I like the customizable desktop interface with google searchbar and contact search, but because of the text messaging issue, I'm considering switching back to the 650, or 700p.
