crashed my treo 270 |
I tried basejet on my Treo 270 and it crashed my whole system. I had to do a full reset and hotsync. I finally tried many a-mail clients and my favourite is Mark/Space mail.

Flexible configuration options |
Really like it -- and I tried them all! Even bought several to get past the \"cripled\" version. But Basejet, while it remains unpriced in BETA, does it all. Works well by syncing mail and attachments prior to leaving the office, then via remote GPRS while on the road. When I say flexible config options, I\'m referring to the ability to have the Treo communicate via GPRS port 110 and desktop port 80. A MUST if your desktop is behind a firewall. Very impressive interface and ability to forward and reply to e-mails.

Best user interface for Palm OS |
I use it with my Treo 180 and a PC running Outlook 2000 behind a firewall. Easy to configure, and works like a charm. I don't carry a laptop on short busniess trips anymore. Still in beta, with no pricing set yet. As long as they don't charge too much $$, I'll stick with Basejet.
