VEry nice Form Factor |
I had a 700p that died on me. The store didn't have a replacement so they gave me the 755p instead. New features are included and the phone is much nicer to touch and hold. My only gripe is going to the mini SD as I already had SD cards for my 700p.

Great business phone |
This phone does one thing no other PDA I have had does, IT WORKS! And it is FAST. One button access to email, calendar, phone, contacts or you can program any other one button access you want! Much quicker navigation than windows mobile. If you need a PDA phone to do business, this is it.

Worth it |
I would endorse the 755p. I have only owned two treo's (the other a 700wx) and I don't like WM. I'm with Sprint and WM has no Content manager. Which means I cannot have a call tone with my 700wx or any WM phone woth Sprint and you cannot download ringtones as well. I hope the new Treo Pro comes with the Plam OS soon and I will gladly upgrade then, until then no thanks!!!

overall works well |
I used separate PDA's and phones in the past, now using the Treo. It works well overall, just some annoying delays when ending a phone call- in our modern tech society waiting 4 seconds seems like forever! I use a lot of other applications on the Treo, and they all work well. I have had no problems with my Bluetooth headset.

The phone shuts down without warning and reboots. |
I have had this 755p since December and have had three replacements from Verizon. I need the phone for work (Realtor) yet it is very frustrating to have the phone "looping" at will.

Hangs and freezes in low-network-strength areas |
Always hangs when I am at home. Better performance at work due to better network strength. I like the Microsoft ActiveSync email capability. I was perfectly happy with my 700p but the firmware upgrade bricked it so Sprint sent me a 755p as a replacement. I wish I still had my 700p... it was more reliable and less buggy.

slow at times(too often) |
I love my verizon 755P except I have problem with the phone being slow at times taking up to 15 seconds after I hit a button and I have no addidtional software added. Is anyone else having this problem, or does anyone know how to solve it. This is happening way too often.

Been great |
I have had 2 650's yes I wore one out and now on my third (dropped it in the tub) they sent me the 755p and I am happy. Love all the features and have now played with the internet, which on the 650 was a waste of time. Seems to be fast and good. Texting was always good for me as well. A solid phone.

I guess I'm lucky, the 755p has been great so far. |
So far the phone seems fine. Pages from the internet download so much faster than my (love/hate relationship here) 3 year old Treo 650. A graphics heavy page that I used as a benchmark took 45 sec on my 650 and only 9 seconds on the 755p. Switching between programs is vastly improved. Kind of funny actually in that I used to click over for Versamail and multi task at my desk for the few seconds that the 650 took to switch programs but now I'm instantly on so... Nice.
I still wish I didn't have to change to the mini sd cards. I really enjoyed being able take my 2 gig sd card out of my camera and just slip it right into my 650 to view the pics. I know the 755p weighs less but not $45 worth of mini SD less.
Most people that I called back to back have said that the clarity is better with the 755p so thats an improvement. Reception on my end seems to be just as good as it was before, which is to say, just great! Reception is good, battery life seems to be better than I expected given most users comments on the boards.
Oh. I do wish Palm wouldn't have replaced the right side shift button with the pulldown menu button but, I'm thinking that most users are younger and don't seem to care much about proper punctuation anyway.
All in all, (and so far...) I'm happy with this phone and don't see a reason to complain.
