Great PDA, recommended
Excellent PDA! I really recommend it, for it has many excellent features. The downside - no WIfi, but that's to be expected.

Unreliable. Continues to freeze over and over again
Very unstable. In the middle of using freezes, and then needs to be reset. This happens over and over again

EVDO?
I do wish this had EV-DO beyond Rev 0, but at least it has that. The palm OS is still the best mobile platform, and this device works fine. I have had it for several months, no problem. I don't understand what these people are talking about wrt it not working. They are probably morons.

A fine PALM
This is a fine true palm device. I have had no reliability issues with it, and I am fairly hard on my phones. It drops, hits the wall in my open holster, etc, and keeps on ticking just fine. It is so nice to still have a TRUE palm device not the windcows mobile crap.

Horrifying POS
I've had 9 Palm 700p and 755ps in about 18 months. Endless loops, freezing up, and the latest stunt on 755 No.9 is having to reset by removing the battery all day to make it work. I'm shocked that this company is still in business with their poor customer service, poor products, and pathetic software. A total disaster of a product and service.

DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!
We have been through 4 Palm Treo 755ps in 6 weeks. The receiver keeps breaking on them and Sprint will only send us another 755p. I think these phones should be recalled.

Thumbs Down

Poor voice and blue tooth functionality.
These devices are mobile phones, but that fact seems lost on Palm who decided to stick Bluetooth V1.2 on this device. Due to it's brick like shape, holding it to ones ear is unpleasant, the speakerphone is tinny and not very loud. Therefore a nice bluetooth headset or ear piece would be the normal route to go for pretty much any PDA and certainly this one. The usual Palm O.S. features/ software apply. I am a business "Road Warrior" of sorts so I need solid voice communications and the other software solutions to go with it. The Palm calendar and desk top application are old favorites but am looking forward to a revision someday. But for now, I am off to an 800W or something else. The poor voice quality of this unit makes comunications a chore.

VEry nice Form Factor
I had a 700p that died on me. The store didn't have a replacement so they gave me the 755p instead. New features are included and the phone is much nicer to touch and hold. My only gripe is going to the mini SD as I already had SD cards for my 700p.

Great business phone
This phone does one thing no other PDA I have had does, IT WORKS! And it is FAST. One button access to email, calendar, phone, contacts or you can program any other one button access you want! Much quicker navigation than windows mobile. If you need a PDA phone to do business, this is it.

Worth it
I would endorse the 755p. I have only owned two treo's (the other a 700wx) and I don't like WM. I'm with Sprint and WM has no Content manager. Which means I cannot have a call tone with my 700wx or any WM phone woth Sprint and you cannot download ringtones as well. I hope the new Treo Pro comes with the Plam OS soon and I will gladly upgrade then, until then no thanks!!!
