GoTreo announces SafeGuard LIVE. Support for all your crashes!

Here's a new one. A company offering to help you out with your Treo/Centro's software issues - regardless of whose software is involved. Pretty bold mission there - but the folks at GoTreo, makers of fine software like
have created a new service offering - SafeGuard LIVE to go along with their software - SafeGuard.
What is SafeGuard LIVE!?
SafeGuard LIVE! is a service provided by the staff at GoTreo Software that is dedicated to providing personalized support to Treo/Centro users that are having device stability problems. If the problem is software related, we have expertly trained people that can find the problem and help you stabilize your device!
SafeGuard LIVE is a monthly subscription support offering ($12.95) that can be added on to a registered copy of SafeGuard itself. The GoTreo website has the following info regarding SafeGuard LIVE:
Service Parameters
- You need to own a registered copy of SafeGuard
- Support will be live phone conversations, live instant messenger sessions and/or email communications.
- Support is currently provided in English.
- Support is limited to solving device stability issues that are software related. Hardware support is not provided.
- Support hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday Central time. (Support outside of those hours are billed at a separate rate.)
- Support response time is 4 hours.
- Standard service provides 2 problem sessions per month. Additional problems beyond these 2 in any one month are billed separately.
- There is no carry over of unused sessions from one month to the next month.
I have not seen another company attempt this service for your Treo/Centro. It will be interesting to see how this fares over time. Good luck GoTreo !
