Users that wish to keep their current mobile service provider pay $449-$479 depending on the carrier, and an unlocked GSM Treo 600 costs $479. New cellular users will still have a hard time choosing the Treo 600 instead of the Treo 650, since the Treo 650 is only $20 or $50 more with activation because of the current rebates for Sprint and Cingular.
