Seidio announces replacement cover for Treo

Sun Oct 30, 2005 - 12:10 AM EDT - By James Hromadka

About Time!

As I reset my Treo at least once a month, I have been cursing Palm for not having a reset hole on the device. I don't even know why they bothered with a reset button under the battery cover, since you can pull the battery up and put it back it down faster than you can take out the stylus and reset the Treo.

I had a meeting with Seidio recently, and they mentioned that they were coming out with a replacement cover for the Treo. I told them to please put in a reset hole, even if it had to be a little bigger. Thankfully they have done that, and now you can purchase a Treo 650 Battery Cover. Retail is $9.95, but the cover is currently on sale for $5.95.

I should have a brief review (hey it's a cover) within a few days.
