Looks like Verizon customers will be getting their hands on a Palm Centro soon. According to Engadget Mobile, those customers will be seeing blue; Blue as in the same Blue Centro that Mexico received. According to Engadget Mobile, Blue will be the first color for the Verizon Centro.

This only leaves T-Mobile as a national US carrier bereft of the Centro. Though Engadget Mobile seems hopeful on that front too, saying that the Centro "unites all 4 US national carriers." Let's hope so.
