Upgrade FAQ

Q: The upgrade froze during the installation, and now my phone doesn't work!
A: Do a hard reset, and try to apply the upgrade again. If that doesn't work, you have to sit pretty until Handspring starts handling returns for failed upgrades.

Q: I can't sign on using GPRS
A: Make sure you have GPRS support added to your cell phone account. Turn your Treo's radio on and off. A little triangle should appear in the signal strength are if you are within GPRS coverage.

Handspring also has some new FAQ Entries:

How do I install the Treo GPRS Upgrade 1.1?

Why can't I connect to the GPRS network?

How do I know if GPRS is working on my Treo?
