The case is able to to swivel, allowing for full 360 degree rotation. Like most belt clips, the Treo is released from the clip with a simple push on the top of the clip. The clip itself fits belts up to 1.5" wide. I've tried maybe ten different case styles on my Treo 650 and now 680. I love the snug fit of the Sena cases and they really seem to pay attention to fuctionality.
