Yes, but on CDMA Treos only - It's a complete aggregate of data usage, rather than monthly. Enter ##786 into the phone pad then click dial. You'll be presented with a page showing a number of variables including:
Life Timer [in minutes]
Life Data [in kilobytes]
Warranty Date
ESN Dec/Hex
MDN/MSID
Software Rev
Hardware Rev
PRL Version
RPI Checksum
Refurb Status
Refurb Provider
Activation Date
Mobile Protocol Rev.
For everyone else you can use a third-party application such as TrafficStat to keep track of their data usage.
